3. Products Offered
Our store sells digital products, including n8n workflow files provided in JSON format and other related digital resources.
The exact contents, functionality, requirements, and features of each product are described on its individual product page.
Customers should review the product description before purchasing to ensure that the product meets their requirements.
4. What Is Included
Unless specifically stated otherwise on the relevant product page, your purchase provides the digital workflow file and any files or documentation expressly identified as included with the product.
The purchase does not automatically include:
-
Third-party API access
-
AI subscriptions
-
AI processing credits
-
Third-party software subscriptions
-
n8n hosting
-
Hosting infrastructure
-
Third-party accounts
-
API usage fees
-
Other external services
Customers must provide and manage their own third-party accounts and credentials where required.
5. Product Compatibility
Our workflows are designed for use with the technologies and services described in the corresponding product listing.
Because n8n workflows can depend on external APIs, software, models, integrations, authentication systems, and service providers, functionality may vary depending on the customer's configuration and environment.
Third-party providers may change their APIs, pricing, functionality, availability, or technical requirements after a product has been purchased.
6. Prices
The purchase price is displayed on the applicable product page and during checkout.
Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory charges are calculated or displayed at checkout in accordance with the customer's location and applicable regulations.
The currency used for the transaction is shown before the customer completes the purchase.
7. Ordering Process
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product, provides the requested checkout information, and completes payment through the available payment method.
Before submitting the order, the customer has the opportunity to review the selected product and order information.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order confirmation has been issued.
8. Digital Delivery
Our products are delivered electronically.
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the purchased digital files are made available through the delivery method specified by the store.
There is no physical shipment for our standard products.
If a purchased file cannot be accessed or delivered correctly, the customer should contact our support team so that we can assist with the delivery issue.
9. Customer Account and Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout and for maintaining access to the email address associated with their order.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, inaccessible mailbox, or customer-controlled email filtering.
10. Third-Party Services
Some products are designed to work with third-party platforms and services.
These services may include automation platforms, AI providers, APIs, communication tools, social media platforms, storage services, or other external technologies.
Unless expressly included in the product listing, these services are not part of the purchase.
Customers are responsible for obtaining their own accounts, API keys, subscriptions, credits, and permissions required to use the workflow.
Any fees charged by third-party providers are separate from the purchase price paid to us.
11. Customer Use of Purchased Files
The purchased digital product is intended for the customer's own use in accordance with the applicable product terms.
Customers may configure and modify a workflow for their own legitimate use.
Unless expressly authorized by us, customers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or offer the purchased workflow file as a standalone product to third parties.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable law provides consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains available in accordance with the applicable legislation.
For digital content supplied electronically, the statutory withdrawal right may cease after the supply begins where the applicable legal requirements for such an exception have been satisfied, including any required express consent and acknowledgment from the customer.
Customers located in the European Union may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions for digital content.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
13. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We additionally offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee with no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible digital product, you may contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and request a refund.
You do not need to provide a reason for your request.
Once a refund has been approved under this guarantee, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
Following a refund, the customer must discontinue use of the refunded digital product and must not redistribute or resell it.
14. Defective or Inaccessible Digital Products
If you believe that the digital file supplied to you is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, please contact us.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide assistance or a replacement file.
This does not affect any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
15. Order Cancellation
Where cancellation is legally permitted, or where a customer is exercising a right provided under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the customer may contact us using the support details provided below.
Because our products are digital, cancellation does not involve returning a physical item.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for issues resulting from third-party services, changes to external APIs, customer configuration, incorrect credentials, unsupported software versions, or technical limitations outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale when necessary to reflect changes to our products, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant transaction, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
